Jihad Rabah

Throughout his career, Mr. Rabah has worked on significant projects, collaborating with clients across various industries. His notable assignments include the expansion of Dubai International Airport and Fujairah International Airport infrastructure, including the air traffic control towers and runways. He has also made substantial contributions to the Project Management Office for Housing Projects under the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council and the Project and Construction Management Office at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). In these roles, Mr. Rabah successfully led and managed large-scale, complex programs and projects, consistently delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His skills in building teams, structuring businesses, and optimizing performance have established him as a valuable asset in the construction and development industry.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Rabah held several positions at EY, Turner Construction International, and Dar Al-Handasah. He also served as Executive Director at PMDC, where he managed joint ventures and prestigious projects across the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, overseeing the complete project lifecycle and demonstrating expertise in various project management disciplines.
Mr. Rabah earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Lebanese University Faculty of Engineering. He possesses professional designations in project management from the U.S. Project Management Institute and has been an active member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA) in Lebanon since 2000. His commitment to professional development and industry leadership is further evidenced by his service on prominent boards and industry organizations.
