Jeffrey Cass

Mr. Cass focuses on executive assessment; leadership development; succession planning programs; employee retention and engagement; culture assessment and transformation; and talent strategy. His notable projects include developing executive teams and preparing them to lead in strategic scenarios such as: major corporate transformation, M&A, operating model shift, rapid scalable growth, as well as in broader leadership development initiatives.
Mr. Cass also partnered with private equity firms to assess portfolio company executives in scenarios including exit of an investment, proposed/recent acquisition, platform company expansion, and leadership development. He facilitated leadership assessment and development, including designing a leadership competency model collaboratively with a company’s board; assessing executives using a 360° tool, psychometrics/behavioral assessment, and structured interviews; and creating leadership development and team effectiveness plans to improve performance.
Previously, Mr. Cass led the design and facilitation of key talent, high-potential, and succession planning programs to ensure closure of near-term talent gaps for leaders, technical talent, and other critical roles. He executed culture assessments in which he assessed current and desired culture, identified gaps, and facilitated C-suite workshops to develop a culture transformation roadmap and an action plan.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cass spent five years as a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practices of two Big Four consulting firms.
Mr. Cass is being certified as an Executive Coach by Columbia University, the world’s top Executive Coaching certification program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and an MBA from Louisiana State University. He is certified in psychometric tools for leadership assessment and succession planning. Mr. Cass has published articles on leadership, culture, and employee retention.
