With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Ms. Machado is a seasoned recruitment specialist. She leads A&M’s Executive RPO team, which offers bespoke solutions to small and middle market firms looking to optimise their hiring capabilities.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Machado held a lead Talent Acquisition role with Blackstone, where she was responsible for fund and operating partner hiring across Europe and the Middle East. Before that, she served with SoftBank, an outsized growth/venture fund, where she focused on fund hiring across Europe and the Middle East. 

Previously, Ms. Machado set up an RPO practice (acquired by KornFerry), supporting small and medium-sized banks, asset managers and hedge funds in their project and growth recruitment strategies across the U.S., Asia Pacific, Europe and former CIS countries. She began her career in corporate HR within the Investment Banking sector at UBS and Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Machado earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a post graduate diploma in marketing from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is an accredited Executive Coach with the AOEC and is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
