With more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Arpili has led 40+ large scale transformation and post-merger-integration assignments across Europe, North America, the Middle-East and Africa as Advisor or Chief Transformation/Integration Officer.

Mr. Arpili’s primary areas of concentration include cross-border operational due diligence, ownership change support, post-merger-integration, performance improvement and change management. He has served private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as major corporations across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, telecom and financial services. 

Mr. Arpili has led over 20 global corporate transformations of PE owned manufacturing, telecom, insurance and fashion & luxury companies, leading to €20+ billion in enterprise value increase. He has also driven 15+ post-merger-integrations for hospitals, laboratories and retail banks for a total of €3.5+ billion certified synergies. Finally, Mr. Arpili has delivered numerous holistic cost reduction programs through shared services set-up, procurement optimization and organizational redesign, while improving service levels across all functions. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Arpili served in senior leadership roles for the Private Equity and Turnaround & Transformation Practices of McKinsey, BCG and PwC. 

Mr. Arpili earned a BBA and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Bocconi University (Italy) and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (USA). He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish, proficient in German and conversational in Portuguese. Mr. Arpili is also an accomplished practice and team builder and recognized thought leader, with multiple articles, speeches at international business forums and books co-authorships.
