With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Mr. Halverson specializes in operational improvements, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Mr. Halverson’s notable assignments include functional and business unit transformations of multiple global oil and gas companies; the evaluation and ultimate recommendation for keeping or divesting a global gasoline retailer for a large integrated oil and gas company; and a value chain improvement project for an integrated liquefied natural gas business unit. He has worked across the world, with a focus on the energy and mining industries.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Halverson was a Partner with Boston Consulting Group. He was a member of the firm’s People & Organization and Energy practices.

Previously, Mr. Halverson worked at Trinity Consultants as an Environmental Consultant, handling air compliance-related issues across multiple industries, including oil and gas, industrial goods, and utilities. He also worked at Baker Botts in the Patent Law practice group, and at HEVT, a clean energy start-up.

Mr. Halverson earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
