With more than 20 years of operational engineering and environmental consulting experience, Ms. Dakas has specialized in EHS permitting and compliance to implement business objectives while adhering to complex state and federal environmental regulations. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, power generation, LNG, chemical manufacturing, petroleum refining, renewable energy and terminal operations.
Ms. Dakas leverages her extensive air quality experience across a broad range of industry sectors to deliver environmental sustainability, energy transition and climate strategy support. As a greenhouse gas subject-matter expert, she brings significant experience in the development of GHG inventories, monitoring plans, emission reduction strategies and evaluation of sustainability programs. Most recently, Ms. Dakas has consulted clients in the development and implementation of global responsibly sourced gas programs for major oil gas companies.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Dakas spent three years as a Principal Consultant with Montrose Environmental, where she was a founding member of Montrose’s Advisory Service practice dedicated to the development of forward-thinking strategies for clients that address their most pressing environmental challenges.
Previously, she spent 15 years as a Managing Consultant for Trinity Consultants, developing and executing air permitting strategy and feasibility analyses for large capital projects.
Ms. Dakas earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in international business and management from the University of Delaware, Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics.
