Mr. Rodríguez has worked with 40+ Spanish and international PE firms across a range of industries and has experience throughout Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, the U.K., Germany, Iceland) and the Americas (U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Panama).

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rodríguez spent nearly 10 years with EY-Parthenon, where he launched and scaled the PE and pre-deal practice. He led the relationship with the Iberian offices of global leading PE firms and coordinated Spanish origination activities for large deals.

Previously, Mr. Rodríguez spent more than four years with KPMG Management Consulting group and two years with Oliver Wyman. He started his consulting career at Accenture.

Mr. Rodríguez earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (uc3m). He also has a certificate from the executive program in artificial intelligence implications for business strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A native Spanish speaker, he is fluent in English.
