Ms. Ng specialises in advising real estate funds, institutional investors, REITs, sovereign wealth funds and family offices on the tax aspects of investing in U.K. and European real estate assets, including commercial offices, logistics, hotels, residential properties and student accommodation.

Ms. Ng also has significant experience in tax due diligence, tax efficient structuring, sale and purchase agreement tax input, post completion restructuring, refinancing and on-going tax advisory as well as tax compliance matters.

Ms. Ng's recent notable engagements include leading the tax due diligence and structuring of the acquisition by a global real estate fund of logistic asset portfolios across multiple European jurisdictions; advising on the tax structuring of a joint venture with a sovereign wealth fund; advising a Singapore REIT on their acquisition of a portfolio of pan European data centres; advising a Singapore REIT on the tax structuring of a U.K. REIT; and advising on the acquisition and sale of U.K. commercial offices and hotels by Hong Kong and Chinese mainland investors.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ng spent more than 10 years with Grant Thornton, LLP in London.

Ms. Ng earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Imperial College London. A U.K. qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), she is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
