With almost 20 years of experience, Ms. Steadman has spent the majority of her career in the professional services industry, focusing on recruiting, marketing and business development activities.

Ms. Steadman leads and coordinates the recruiting process for new managing directors, experienced professionals, MBAs, and campus and intern hires, working closely with leadership to develop a recruiting strategy and understand hiring needs and headcount.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Steadman was the Marketing Manager at Porter Hedges, LLP in Houston and the Legal Recruiting Manager at Sidley Austin, LLP in Washington, D.C. She also worked with the Business Risk Consulting Practice of Marsh USA in Washington.

Ms. Steadman earned a BBA from the University of Richmond. She serves on the board of Star of Hope and is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston.
