Ms. Krieger brings more than nine years of experience providing financial due diligence as well as M&A advisory and sales and purchase agreement (SPA) support to private equity as well as corporate clients around the globe. Ms. Krieger has worked on domestic and international buy and sell side due diligence assignments including vendor due diligences and carve-outs as well as on restructuring and valuation projects.

Her transaction experience ranges from middle market acquisition targets to multi-billion dollar, complex, cross-border projects across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Krieger was part of the Transaction Advisory Group with EY in New York and Frankfurt.

Ms. Krieger earned a double degree in international business management from ESB Business School Reutlingen and Lancaster University.
