Infrastructure Pulse Q1 2021 Survey Results: Seismic Shift
A&M and Global Infrastructure Investor Association (GIIA) released the Q1 2021 Infrastructure Pulse survey results in a four-part series aimed to provide a snapshot of key trends and issues affecting the infrastructure investment space. In this video, we discuss how the definition of infrastructure has consistently evolved as the pool and nature of infrastructure investors and the competition for assets evolves. The pandemic has challenged the definition of a “core infra” asset, particularly GDP and “traffic” exposed assets and some “core plus” assets have proved more resilient than traditional asset classes.
