Case Study: Public Library Data Platform Development

The global development team at a major family foundation sought to reduce the "digital divide" in Eastern Europe by developing a databank of policy knowledge. This digital application was designed to manage input, storage, categorization, parsing, search and retrieval of stories containing evidence to demonstrate the various ways public libraries contribute to European Union policy objectives.

A&M developed an application to store, categorize and search "advocacy stories" and other relevant policy information, creating a more personalized and targeted knowledge base for European policymakers.
